2. planning, organising and servicing Board and Committee meetings supporting the work of NHS Highland to a high standard, ensuring all deadlines are timeously met.

3. resolving day to day problems independently and liaise with other Corporate Support Team colleagues as well as those in other directorates.

4. providing assistance with a range of administrative processes in support of board governance, corporate records management, risk register updates, whistleblowing standards, freedom of information requests and complaints.

We are looking for a committed professional with:

  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous organisational improvement, and team development.
  • Strong minute taking ability.

Previous experience in a committee and executive support role would be desirable.
