Are you a skilled and motivated pharmacist looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? We are seeking enthusiastic Bank Band 7 Pharmacists to join our clinical pharmacy team and support safe, high‑quality patient care across our hospital services. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced pharmacists who want variety, autonomy, and the chance to work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment—without the commitment of a permanent rota. The Role as a Bank Band 7 Pharmacist, you will provide essential clinical pharmacy cover to meet service demands. You will work flexibly across inpatient areas, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines.
What the role entails:-
- Delivery of clinical pharmacy services to designated wards
- Carrying out medicines reconciliation and clinical screening
- Optimising therapy in collaboration with medical and nursing teams
- Supporting safe discharge planning
- Providing expert advice on medicines management
- Contributing to antimicrobial stewardship and high‑risk medicine monitoring
- Offering guidance and support to junior staff when needed
