The purpose of NHS Grampian Charity is to enhance the health and wellbeing of the people of Grampian.
We use our resources to enhance NHS Grampian provision, but not substitute it, by investing the generous donations made by our supporters, in projects, equipment and activities which promote better physical health, mental health and wellbeing.
The charity is undergoing a journey of change in terms of its new strategy and vision, however, creating benefit to patients remains at the heart of everything we do.
Central to our operations as a Charity we are looking to recruit to the following key role within our team:
Charity Administrator - Band 3 (£28,011 - £30,230)
Full time – Permanent
Hybrid Working - Our office base is Summerfield House and the job holder would be expected to work in the office 1 to 2 days per week with the remaining 3 to 4 days working remotely from home.
The Administrator post provides general administrative support to the NHS Grampian Charity team and undertakes the day to day administrative duties and tasks of the charity.
The post holder will undertake a range of administrative duties across all the main aspects of NHS Grampian Charity’s work. This will include managing the post mail and the email inbox, as well as all supporter and grant-holder correspondence.
The post-holder will deal with first line enquiries from donors, supporters and fund applicants. This will require the inputting of data to our systems, databases and spreadsheets and maintenance of records.
Central to the functioning of the charity team you will organise and support team meetings, activities and events, taking minutes and notes and undertaking tasks such as handling enquiries and making bookings.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in all aspects of general office administration and who has previous experience of working with and supporting a small team of multi-disciplinary staff. You will be fully IT literate and will have established experience of using IT systems and databases. You will be able to provide excellent customer service and be comfortable acting as a frontline ambassador for the charity.
Interviews to be held on Thursday 30th April and Friday 1st May.
