This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to provide a high level, professional and comprehensive personal assistant and administrative support service to the Deputy Director of People & Culture.


We are looking for an individual who has experience of working as a Personal Assistant who can undertake a whole range of administrative functions. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a busy, demanding high pressured environment. As well as providing support to the Deputy Director of People & Culture you will provide committee support to a number of organisational.


You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
