An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join the administration support team for the Senior Management Team within the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Service for a fixed term/secondment of 12 months.


The principal responsibilities of the role are to provide a full range of administrative support, assist the Service Managers to manage their diary and commitments, as well as supporting the wider team with administrative tasks. You will be part of a team that are passionate about the service they provide and should ensure the smooth day to day running of the office and teams within the Service.


To perform this role effectively, it will be vital that you can demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as administrative / secretarial and organisational skills. Previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Teams. Managing your own workload with autonomy is essential to this role.

Hours of work are: 23 hours Monday – Friday (days and times to be confirmed at interview). Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 Months.
