Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Officer / Typist within Business Administration, Mental Health Services, North Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership based at Ayrshire Central Hospital, Irvine.
Hours and Shift Pattern:
Mon/Tue 0930-1700
Wed 0900-1700
Thur 0900-1630
Fri 0900-1700
This post is offered on a Fixed Term Contract / Secondment basis for a period of 9 months.
What you will do:
You will provide a comprehensive, confidential clerical and administrative support service to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Unscheduled Care Team.

Knowledge, training, qualifications and/or experience required to do the job:
You will be educated to ‘O’ Grade / Standard Grade Credit or National 5 in English and Maths, possess an SVQ Level II qualification in Administration or equivalent experience and have a recognised IT qualification in Microsoft Office packages. You will also have advanced keyboard skills, experience of electronic filing systems management and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint. Experience of working within an NHS environment and understanding of NHS inter-disciplinary networks are desirable.
You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, have the ability to adhere to strict maintenance of confidentiality with a knowledge/understanding and compliance of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the flexibility to adapt to changes and last minute demands.

UK Driving Licence:
Full UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership is desirable as you may be required to travel across various sites/bases within Ayrshire & Arran.
