Digital Directorate – Datacentre – Managed Hosting Services
Systems Support Analyst – 12 Month Fixed Term/Secondment
NHS Tayside has recently developed their Digital Strategy and at the heart of this lies an ambition to have a Datacentre Infrastructure team at the pinnacle of technical excellence which can be used as an example to others. This is an exciting time to join NHS Tayside Digital Directorate as the Datacentre Team are key to day-to-day patient care and we are going through a period of Service improvement and modernisation which will lead to further opportunities within the directorate.
The Person we are looking for:
- Is highly motivated, highly skilled, working in high frequency time critical environments.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Interested in technology.
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux, Nutanix, Cloud.
- Is a good problem solver.
- Doesn’t mind writing documentation.
- Doesn’t mind variance as this is an Infrastructure role, tasks may not always be identified.
- Ideally Degree/HND Certified and or have previous experience + in an ICT environment.

- The Digital Team are currently based in MacKenzie Building, Dundee, however there is some flexibility, with the team working remotely at times

- You will be part of a strong team with a strong team ethic.
