An opportunity has become available for a full time (36 hours a week) Qualified Social Work Post within Mental Health Services based at Invergordon County Hospital to carry out complex case work with individuals with more complex and long-term mental health needs where a variety of services and agencies are involved and to ensure statutory responsibilities are met as delineated by legislation. This is a full time post as a Mental Health Social Worker in the Integrated Adult Community Mental Health Team in Mid and East Ross CMHT.
The case work focuses on mental health and associated statutory social work duties and is interesting and varied. Duties include statutory work, person centred outcome focused assessments and managing complex situations, risks and other issues.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Social Worker who is enthusiastic, person centred and outcome focused in their approach and who has experience or an interest in working within Mental Health Services. This post requires registration with the SSSC and a full drivers license.

- Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
