Sessions: 8–10 sessions per week (36–40 hours)

About the Role
We are seeking motivated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) to join our established and supportive practice teams across three Lanarkshire sites. The successful candidates will work autonomously within primary care, providing high-quality assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients presenting with a wide range of clinical conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced clinical assessment and diagnosis
Develop and implement treatment plans
Prescribe medication where appropriate
Manage acute and chronic conditions
Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team
Support service development and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Independent prescribing qualification
Experience working within primary care preferred
Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills
