NHS Grampian is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist/Call Handler (Band 2) to join the Business Services & Performance team based at Summerfield House/Estates Office, Foresterhill (36 hours per week, permanent).

This is a key front-facing role providing a comprehensive reception, administration and Estates helpdesk service, acting as the first point of contact for staff, patients, visitors and external stakeholders, ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

The successful candidate will manage high volumes of calls and queries, coordinate meeting room bookings, support Estates maintenance requests, process documentation and procurement transactions, and maintain accurate information systems, all while upholding strict standards of confidentiality and customer care.

Applicants should have experience in a busy reception or call handling environment, strong communication and organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to prioritise workloads and respond effectively to a wide range of enquiries, including occasionally challenging situations.
