HEALTHCARE SPPORT WORKER – Band 2 & 3

DAY/NIGHT ROTATION

Progressing to Band 3 on completion of in house training.

Are you a professional looking for a new and exciting challenge? We are looking for Healthcare Support Workers to join the team across the Medical Floor in PRI.

Ward 1 – Perth City Locality General Medicine MFE

Ward 4 - Acute Medical Admissions Unit

Ward 3 – Rural Locality General Medicine MFE

AFU – Acute Frailty Unit

We are recruiting Band 2 HCSWs to training posts, where on successful completion of in house training you will progress to a Band 3. Existing Band 3’s are also welcome to apply to the post.

The post holder will work closely with, and be supported by the SCN, Band 6 Charge Nurses and our Clinical Educator and will develop close professional relationships with a wider multidisciplinary team. We are seeking to appoint individuals with the skills and motivation to deliver the highest standard of holistic care to our patients and families.

As a team, we believe that staff wellbeing and development is paramount in achieving high standards of patient care. A post in Medicine will provide you with opportunity for personal and professional development through peer support, and structured education and training whilst being supported by our Clinical Educator and senior nursing team.
