PRACTICE NURSE
(NHS Band 6)
3 Days Monday - Wednesday
Salary - depending on skills and experience
Applications are invited to join our dynamic and enthusiastic Nursing Team.
We are a well-established Practice with a list size of 17,200 patients. We thrive on excellent teamwork to provide a wide range of patient centred care. We have 11 GPs, 1 GP Registrar, 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, HCA/Phlebotomist and currently 2 Practice Nurses. The clinical team is supported by an excellent managerial and administrative team who are friendly, helpful and above all integral to the smooth running of the Practice. Due to upcoming retirement, we are look to employ a Practice Nurse experienced in chronic disease management, preferably with an interest in respiratory. The role will also consist of assisting with a wide range of General Practice Nursing tasks including cytology, wound care, ECG, warfarin
monitoring, venepuncture, urinalysis, and BP monitoring.
