We are pleased to invite applications for a senior 8B Clinical Psychologist to join our team in NHS Grampian. Supporting the Lead Consultant and Service Manager in developing the Older Adult Psychology Service, this is a key strategic role offering the chance to shape high‑quality, evidence‑based psychological care for older people and people living with dementia within Moray Health & Social Care Partnership.

As an experienced clinician, you will provide a high quality and responsive psychology service for older people and people living with dementia. This will include delivery of direct and indirect intervention, working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary team colleagues. You will also provide specialist consultation, supervision, and training to multidisciplinary colleagues to help to embed psychological care and trauma informed and responsive practice across services. This post provides an excellent opportunity to further shape and develop the service alongside the Lead Consultant for Older Adult Psychology and local Service Manager.

You will join a supportive and skilled team of Clinical Psychologists and Clinical Associates working across NHS Grampian, with expertise spanning CBT, Third Wave approaches, IPT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and systemic practice. We offer regular supervision, peer support, and strong encouragement for CPD. The service maintains close links with the Edinburgh University Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, providing opportunities for involvement in trainee supervision and placement development.

The post will be based within Moray HSCP, with close working relationships across local teams and the wider NHS Grampian Older Adult Psychology Service. Flexible working arrangements can be considered.
