An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the Decontamination Unit at Broxden Dental Centre as a supervisor. This role is vital in supporting healthcare services by overseeing the decontamination and processing of reusable medical devices, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international quality standards, including ISO 13485:2016.

The successful candidate will manage a team of Decontamination Technicians, ensuring the safe and effective processing, sterilisation, and dispatch of all surgical and medical devices. You will also be responsible for training staff, developing work schedules, and maintaining accurate records of the decontamination processes.
