The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday 09:00 - 17:00

This is a fixed-term post for 6 months

NHS GG&C has a vacancy for a Locum Appointment for Dental Core Training in The Department of Paediatric Dentistry. This post is based at Glasgow Dental Hospital and Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) with expected travel between sites.

Applicants should note that these posts give access to training/educational events, a study budget and the opportunity to complete supervised learning events. However, the post holder will not be subject to the review of competence progression (RCP) process and the post cannot be considered as a formal Dental Core Training post for future career progression.
Eligible individuals may use evidence gained in this post to support an application for the National Certificate of Dental Core Equivalence. Details of this process are available at www.copdend.org
