We have an exciting opportunity for a Resuscitation Practitioner at NHS Golden Jubilee. You will be responsible for the resuscitation training department; providing specialist knowledge, expertise and training in all aspects of adult resuscitation to all clinical and non-clinical staff.

You will work closely with the clinical education team, the Heads of Nursing, Clinical Nurse Managers and Heads of Departments to identify and coordinate resuscitation training needs. You will oversee all aspects of resuscitation policies and strategy development; resuscitation audit and subsequent quality improvement initiatives, working with colleagues from Quality Improvement and Clinical Governance teams.

You must be NMC or HCPC Registered Practitioner and be educated to ordinary degree level or equivalent (SCQF level 9).

You will have extensive Resuscitation trainer experience (UK Resuscitation Council ALS/ ILS instructor qualification) and experience of implementing quality improvement initiatives.
