We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Community Staff Nurse to join the Helensburgh and Lochside District Nursing Team on a fixed-term basis until 20 October 2026.

The post holder will work as part of the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver planned programmes of care to individuals, families and carers within the community setting, supporting admission avoidance and facilitating early supported discharge from hospital.

You will be a First Level Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Previous community experience is desirable, however newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential due to the rural geography of the locality.
