An exciting opportunity to lead Enhanced Recovery services
NHS Golden Jubilee is seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 ERAS Nurse Specialist to provide strategic and clinical leadership for Enhanced Recovery after Surgery (ERAS) pathways across Cardiothoracic Services.
This is a senior clinical role offering the opportunity to shape, deliver and evaluate ERAS pathways at pace, supporting improved patient outcomes, experience, and flow across high‑acuity surgical services. The post plays a key role in responding to increasing thoracic activity, supporting service expansion, and ensuring compliance with national ERAS standards
