The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is a 4-star hotel and conference centre with 168 bedrooms and 15 conference spaces. As Scotland’s leading residential conference venue, we are proud members of Venues of Excellence and the International Association of Conference Centres.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive consistently high standards of service across all areas of the department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests
  • Setting up and clearing conference and dining spaces
  • Bar service duties
  • Room service delivery
  • Cash handling and use of payment systems
  • Conference room set-up and event delivery

You will work in a fast-paced and varied environment, supporting both hotel guests and conference delegates to ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.

About you:

Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer service environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided. You will be reliable, flexible, well presented, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Working pattern:

Working patterns vary across 7 days and include shift work, with start times from 06:30am. Flexibility to meet service demands is essential.
