This 12 month Clinical Fellowship is based at Tippethill Hospital, West Lothian. The post-holder will gain a strong foundation in Palliative Care and Medicine of the Elderly, developing skills and knowledge to assess and manage frailty, multi-morbidity, complex chronic disease, and end of life care, working closely within the multidisciplinary team under close Consultant supervision both in the inpatient ward setting as well as in the community.

This post also includes 1 weekly session of development time, during which the post-holder will be encouraged and supported to undertake an area of interest such as quality improvement, service development, teaching or subspecialty training.
