NHS Grampian Charity exists to enhance the health and wellbeing of people across Grampian by investing in projects, services and activities that complement, but do not replace, NHS provision. As part of our continued development, we are seeking an Evaluation & Impact Manager to help strengthen how we evidence and learn from our charitable investment.
The Role
The Evaluation & Impact Manager will lead the monitoring and evaluation of the Charity’s funded activity, ensuring that learning and evidence of impact are captured, shared and used to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting funded projects to develop proportionate and meaningful evaluation approaches
- Analysing impact data and outcomes across funded programmes
- Producing reports, insights and case studies that demonstrate and celebrate the Charity’s impact
- Helping embed a learning culture across the Charity’s grant funding activity
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for understanding and demonstrating impact. Experience within the NHS, health or charity sector is highly desirable.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
