An exciting opportunity has arisen within the NHS Highland Vaccination service for a Clinical Co Ordinator to join the team.

This is a varied and challenging post when the service is going through transformation, developing the service and opening up a wider remit in a post pandemic setting.

The postholder will have responsibility for ensuring operational procedures and processes are developed and implemented as part of the Vaccination Transformation Programme to produce a high-quality vaccination service to be delivered to a range of people in a variety of settings.

The postholder will collaborate with colleagues to ensure equity of care to all those eligible for vaccination.

The Vaccination service covers a wide geographic area that covers Skye, Lochalsh and South West Ross. Work base is negotiable within Skye and Lochalsh.

A driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.

  • Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
