An opportunity has arisen for a part time Medical Administrator/Receptionist to join our team at Maryfield Medical Centre in Dundee. Maryfield Medical Centre operates under a 2C arrangement within NHS Tayside, and we are looking to recruit a proactive team member who will work in partnership with the Practice Manager, Administrative and Clinical teams.

The ideal candidate will be keen to provide a full and comprehensive administrative service to the practice, patients and staff. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be passionate about providing excellent customer service.

It is important that you can work as part of a team and a degree of flexibility will be required with regards to work patterns. It is essential that you enjoy working with the public and have a friendly and welcoming manner. There may be a requirement to work across other 2C practices in Dundee should the need arise.

Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.

Hours of work are: 16 hours post. As and when required Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm
