18 months Fixed term/Secondment

An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our busy, friendly, forward thinking team, providing a comprehensive administrative service for the South Perthshire and Kinross Locality.

The team also provides front‑facing reception cover within the South Locality Community Hospitals in Crieff and St Margaret’s, Auchterarder. We additionally support community staff, inpatient wards, team leads and managers across the locality. The base location can be negotiated for the right candidate.

You should possess strong organisational and IT skills, demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and be able to work independently as well as part of the wider team.

We are looking for an approachable and flexible individual who can prioritise their workload effectively and work to tight timescales.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

Hours of work are: 24 per week, working days and times can be negotiable for the right candidate. Our service working hours are Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5pm.
