Due to promotions in the team, we are looking to recruit to 2 full time Recruitment Support officers to our friendly but fast paced service. The recruitment team are a small team of 5 plus a team lead that supports our hiring managers and candidates through end to end recruitment. The team work closely with other teams in the Workforce and Finance Directorates and is a great team to really get to know all areas of the Health boards ad the different job families we recruit to.

The role is based at Mountainhall treatment Centre. We do offer the team the opportunity to work a flexible hybrid arrangement where you can work at home however this is dependant on cover in the office and the needs of the service. This can be withdrawn during times your presence is needed in the office.

Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate on their application and in interview that they have the right aptitude and skills to pick up new processes and computer systems whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.

Customer service and the ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, effectively with a wide range of customers from senior managers to new candidates are key aspects of the role. Candidates will also need to be able to demonstrate keen attention to detail as the role includes creating offer letters and contracts for new employees as well as processing preemployment checks such as Identity checks that are a legal requirement for law.

The role is varied so you will need to be able to multitask whilst often working under pressure. You will however be supported and be working in an established team who are known for their friendly and supportive approach to work.
