About the Role

This role offers opportunity to join a highly skilled multidisciplinary team delivering inpatient care across three wards.

  • Cardiology ward
  • Coronary care unit
  • Respiratory ward

As part of this team, you will:

  • Work alongside the multi-disciplinary teams optimising the pharmaceutical care for inpatients and outpatients within cardiology and respiratory services.
  • Provide expert medicines management advice, optimising prescribing decisions to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
  • Be supported by lead pharmacists and have the opportunity for service improvement, professional development and leadership opportunities in line with the RPS Advanced Pharmacist Curriculum.

This is a dynamic and challenging role, ideal for pharmacists who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with speciality multidisciplinary teams.
