This is an exciting and transformative time to join the pharmacy team at NHS Golden Jubilee. As our organisation continues to grow and evolve, this senior leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape and strengthen pharmacy services, ensuring they are innovative, resilient, and fit for the future.
We are seeking an exceptional individual with a broad range of experience, strong leadership capability, and a passion for excellence. You will be a collaborative team player and an inspiring role model: approachable, supportive, and driven to develop a high-performing, motivated pharmacy technician and support workforce.
NHS Golden Jubilee offers a supportive and inclusive working environment, committed to developing its staff across all four pillars of practice. We genuinely value our people and place strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, ensuring you are supported to thrive both professionally and personally.

You will help ensure that pharmacy services align with the Board’s ambitions, values, and long-term vision for high-quality, patient-centred care.
A core part of the role will involve reviewing and transforming service delivery, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement, including the adoption of new technologies. You will bring evidence-based thinking to support change, helping to drive forward modern, efficient, and safe pharmacy services.
We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who embraces change, looks to the future with ambition, and is energised by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. If you are passionate about advancing pharmacy practice, developing people, and delivering excellence in patient care, we would be delighted to hear from you.
