0.6 WTE post (21.6 hours per week) Permanent

We are excited to offer a permanent post for 21.6 hours per week for a Band 7 Pharmacist with experience of working within Primary Care or the community hospital setting; the post-holder will be working alongside the Community Hospital Senior Charge Nurses to help facilitate safe and timely discharges.

The post holder will carry out medication/polypharmacy reviews, support with discharge prescribing, whilst also providing assistance with prescribing cost savings in Community Hospital and being a clinical support for the staff and for the patients.

You will be working across all three Community Hospitals within the Moray area, whilst working closely with the Pharmacy Management Team, based in Elgin.
