An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Community Nursing Service within Dundee. The above post offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Nurse to lead District Nursing Teams within a locality in Dundee City. A proven track record in change management would be an advantage as Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership are in the implementation phase of Transforming Primary Care Services. The post holder will work with senior managers to develop and embed a new model’s of working to care for patients in Dundee. Excellent leadership skills are required including those for the daily management of skill mixed teams, maximising opportunities and improving outcomes for the population in Dundee. The roles will include a blend of people management, clinical leadership, and clinical practice. Please see job description for other requirements.
The post holder must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register and will hold a Specialist Practitioner Qualification in Community Nursing in the Home.
