This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced role within a supportive and sociable team in Royal Cornhill Hospital Pharmacy.

You will have a key role in delivering a busy pharmacy service for inpatients and outpatients attending Royal Cornhill Hospital. You will be actively involved the dispensing process (inpatients and outpatients), undertake medicines management activities at ward level, support the medicines reconciliation process, check patients’ own medicines and organise medicines supply for in-patient stays and at discharge.

Previous experience in hospital, community or Mental Health pharmacy is helpful but not essential as the successful candidate will benefit from training in all aspects of the role.

For registered Pharmacy Technicians this role includes a commitment to weekend rota (approx. 1 in 8) and public holiday working (shared equally across the team).

Essential Requirements: You will be a qualified pharmacy technician registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
