An opportunity has arisen to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator within the Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership’s AHP Administration Team.
The AHP Administration Team provides essential clerical and administrative support to five Allied Health Professions: Speech & Language Therapy, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, and Physiotherapy. This post will primarily support the Speech and Language Therapy service within Aberdeen City. The successful candidate will work closely with AHP Administration colleagues, as well as Business Support and Speech and Language Therapy management teams, to ensure the administrative needs of both the clinical team and patients are met.
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT, communication, and organisational skills, and will demonstrate a confident, courteous, and friendly approach when dealing with patients and visitors. You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, using initiative and sound judgement where required. A proactive and professional approach is essential, and previous office experience within a healthcare setting would be advantageous.
Applicants must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
