The Golden Jubilee University National Hospital is the home of the West of Scotland Heart & Lung Centre and has an expanding elective centre.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the existing Pharmacy Team at the Golden Jubilee. The successful applicant will manage the supply of medicines within the ward environment and the automated drug cabinet, supporting safe use of medicine. They will support the delivery of an effective, efficient patient focused service ensuring all medicines are supplied in a timely manner. They will rotate between medicines management services on wards and dispensary and distribution within the main department.

The post holder should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proactive in their work whilst able to maintain a high standard of accuracy.

Previous Pharmacy experience is essential for this post. Successful applicants will participate in whole week working (5/7) and public holidays (on a rota). Full training will be provided.
