Podiatry Administrative Assistant

Band 2 £26,696- £28,988 pro rata

Plus, Distant Islands Allowance of £1,461 pro rata

13.63 hours per week

Permanent Post

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic & motivated person required to join our Podiatry team. Applicants must have previous experience of working in a busy office/reception environment. Previous NHS experience is preferred but not essential. Excellent people skills are required together with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a very busy service. You will be expected to deal with email, checking and accurately storing photos from our generic email and zoom queries from a variety of patients and professionals in a courteous and professional manner.

You should have relevant experience in an administrative role and knowledge of the NHS would be advantageous.

As an effective team player, you will possess excellent organisational, communication and IT skills. You must have the ability to work on your own in a demanding working environment.

The post is for 13.63 hours per week but applicants should be flexible and preferably be able to help cover annual leave and other absence
