An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Aberdeen Health & Social Care Partnership Business Support Team as a Team Co‑ordinator.
This office based role will work closely with the Assistant Support Manager and Deputy Service Manager to support the delivery of a high quality administrative service to the Allied Health Professions across Aberdeen City, while contributing to the wider objectives of the Business Support Team.
The post holder will be expected to provide relief cover for Team Co‑ordinator colleagues during periods of leave, which will include supporting project work, producing statistical reports and undertaking staff supervision. However, on a day to day basis, the primary focus of this role will be to support the management team in key areas such as Civil Contingencies, Health & Safety and the production of local departmental protocols.
Applicants should be self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and problem-solve efficiently. Experience of staff supervision is highly advantageous.
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
