Hours: Part-time working , 22.5 hours - 12 hour shifts with day/night rotation

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse seeking a new challenge in a specialist surgical setting? Ward 209 – Urology at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary are looking for skilled and motivated Band 5 nurses to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy and rewarding ward, caring for patients undergoing a wide range of urological procedures. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that values professionalism, compassion, and teamwork.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with complex urological needs
  • Collaborating with consultants, specialist nurses, and allied health professionals
  • Supporting patients and families throughout their treatment journey
  • Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven recent post-registration experience in an acute care setting
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centred care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
