We have an exciting opportunity for dynamic, forward thinking Registered nurse to join the Discharge Lounge at NHS Golden Jubilee University National Hospital.

The successful candidate will be assist in the smooth discharge of patient post-surgery/procedure. This will include liaising with the wards and external agencies to ensure social care packages are in place prior to discharge.

The post holder should possess a caring and compassionate demeanor towards patients and staff, good communication skills, and display a “Can Do” attitude. The post holder must be able to priorities conflicting demands to deliver patient and service needs.
