Join our Community Nursing Team and make a real difference to people’s lives across Shetland. As a Band 7 District Nurse Specialist Practitioner, you will lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in patients’ homes and community settings. Working autonomously and alongside multidisciplinary colleagues, you will assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate complex care, helping people remain independent and in their own homes wherever possible. You will provide clinical leadership to a dedicated team of nurses, manage a varied caseload, support staff development and contribute to the ongoing improvement of community services. If you are a motivated and compassionate practitioner with a District Nursing qualification, V300 prescribing qualification, NMC registration and a full driving licence, we would love to hear from you.
