We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly admin team at County Hospital, Invergordon as a bank receptionist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work primarily at the main hospital reception, with occasional duties at in other areas of the hospital

Key Responsibilities:

· Answering telephone calls and handling queries

· Booking appointments and managing schedules

· Completing paperwork and maintaining accurate filing systems

· Providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house service

What We’re Looking For:

· Self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills

· Good educational background and minimum two years’ office experience

· Accurate keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours of work

Monday – Friday 0800-1700
