We have an exciting opportunity for a new Lead Nurse to join our team.

This new post will provide strategic, clinical and professional nursing leadership for the delivery of high-quality patient safety and a system of care assurance by ensuring that robust systems, policies, procedures, professional guidance, standards and training and education strategies are in place and embedded within our system.

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of expert clinical nursing advice focussing on strengthening links with colleagues across clinical teams, quality improvement and with external partners. There will be focus on providing care quality and patient safety assurance and delivering improvement.

You must have UK NMC registration, Master’s degree in healthcare related subject or equivalent (SCQF level 11) and a recognised leader level QI qualification.

You will have a proven track record in nursing leadership and experience of leading quality improvement initiatives.
