We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an inspiring and compassionate Senior Charge Nurse to lead Ward 7C at Raigmore Hospital.
Ward 7C cares for patients with gastrointestinal, renal and general medical needs, and we are looking for a motivated registered nurse who will lead by example, promote a positive and caring culture, and keep patients at the forefront of everything we do.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join an established, supportive team and make a real difference every day. The successful candidate will be an experienced and confident nurse leader with excellent communication skills, able to support and guide staff while engaging compassionately and effectively with patients and their families. You will play a key role in delivering the quality agenda, maintaining high standards of care, and creating an environment where kindness, teamwork and professionalism thrive.
