Ward 308 is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Band 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker (SHCSW) to join our dedicated team.
Ward 308 is currently a General Medicine ward and is preparing to transition into an exciting new role within the Frailty Pathway. This development presents a unique opportunity to be part of a service focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older adults living with frailty, supporting them through their acute hospital journey and promoting the best possible outcomes.
We are a busy but friendly ward that prides itself on delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. We are looking for an individual who is hardworking, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and be committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patient group.
