Project Manager: Masterplanning
Full Time: Fixed Term 20 months
An exciting opportunity has opened within NHS Lothian Strategic Planning for a Project Manager. This post will be based within Masterplanning where the team work closely with key colleagues across the organisation to lead a comprehensive strategic approach to how we set out our long-term vision for development of a site.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects within the Masterplanning team. Working closely with colleagues and a wide range of stakeholders, the Project Manager will coordinate project activities, maintain robust governance and reporting processes, and ensure projects are delivered effectively and in line with agreed objectives and timescales.
The post holder will be responsible for developing and maintaining project documentation, supporting data collection and performance reporting, and managing project dependencies of varying complexity. They will contribute to the successful delivery of larger programmes and portfolios, identifying risks and issues and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual with a proven track record of successfully managing projects in a complex environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. They will be able to work independently, manage competing priorities effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
