We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Finance Manager to join NHS Tayside at a pivotal time for public sector finance.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring robust financial management and supporting strategic priorities across clinical and corporate services.


You will:-

  • Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders
  • Support the development and implementation of financial strategies
  • Drive financial sustainability and performance improvement
  • Lead and develop a motivated finance team

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:-

  • Significant experience in a finance leadership role
  • Strong understanding of financial management and planning

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Essential:

  • CCAB qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience within the NHS or wider public sector
