MENTAL HEALTH BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT : BAND 3 : 30 h/pw : FTC

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and highly organised Business Support Administrator to join the Mental Health Management Team.

This is a Fixed term post for 6 months from start date.

This key role provides comprehensive administrative and business support to senior managers across Mental Health Services, contributing to the effective delivery of operational, governance and strategic priorities. Working within a busy and dynamic environment, the post holder will be responsible for a range of administrative functions including coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, managing correspondence, maintaining records and databases, supporting workforce and governance processes, and facilitating effective communication across services.

We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational, communication and IT digital skills who can work confidently with a range of stakeholders, manage competing demands and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. The successful candidate will be proactive, flexible and able to work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team environment.

This is a crucial role that supports the day-to-day functioning of the Mental Health Management Team and helps ensure services remain responsive, effective and well coordinated. The post offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a senior management environment and contribute to service improvement across Mental Health Services.

Previous experience in an administrative or business support role is essential, with experience of NHS systems and processes being desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to work over 4 days, preferably Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 08:30 to 17:00; with an opportunity for hybrid working.
