Job Advert
Applications are invited from enthusiastic, suitably qualified registered mental health nurses who are keen to enhance/develop clinical skills to work within Falkirk Community Mental Health Services. The post is being offered on a permanent basis.
The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and should possess good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Working in conjunction with key agencies, the department provides ongoing care, treatment and support through assessment and implementation of clinical interventions using a bio-psychosocial model of care. We also provide comprehensive individualised packages of care to adults with complex care needs, due to severity of condition or degree of co-morbidity.
The successful candidate should be committed to the provision of high quality, patient focused care; have a flexible approach to service needs and a genuine interest in working with patients within their own homes and within the designated Resource Centre.
For informal enquiries contact Robert Murray, Senior Charge Nurse or Jayne Trimble, Deputy Charge Nurse at Woodlands Resource Centre on 01324 624111
