- Hours: Council – 35 hours per week, NHS – 36 hours per week
- Salary: Council – Grade 8 £46,279.46 - £50,093.51, NHS – Band 6 £43,231 - £52,679

West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Integrated Children's Services Planning & GIRFEC Lead to play a key role in shaping and delivering children’s services across the partnership.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of Integrated Children's Services Planning and GIRFEC activity, ensuring West Dunbartonshire continues to deliver on national priorities including Getting it Right for Every Child (GIRFEC), The Promise, UNCRC and Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 requirements.
Working across the HSCP, West Dunbartonshire Council and a wide range of partner organisations, you will coordinate strategic planning, support performance improvement, analyse and use data to inform decision-making, and help ensure the voices of children, young people and families influence service development and delivery.
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Heath and Care Worker visa. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is unable to provide candidates or employees with a Certificate of Sponsorship (COS).
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience of working within the NHS, Local Authority or a similar public sector environment.
- Strong partnership working, engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience of service improvement, planning or project delivery.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- A commitment to improving outcomes for children, young people and families.
