As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll work alongside experienced physiotherapists, nurse, doctors and AHPs to deliver high quality patient centred care.

What you’ll be doing?

You will play a vital role in rapid assessment, rehabilitation and safe discharge planning of patients in acute medicine. Alongside your clinical caseload, you will:

  • Support practice based education
  • Contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives
