- Show us the real you: Your application should reflect your skills, experience, and motivations authentically.
- Use AI wisely: It’s fine to use AI for ideas or to check spelling and grammar, but don’t let it write your answers.

Why Arran?

Situated in the Firth of Clyde, Arran has a resident population of approximately 5,000, which increases significantly to 25,000 throughout the year due to its popularity as a holiday destination. This seasonal fluctuation provides a diverse and varied clinical caseload, creating a unique and rewarding healthcare environment. The island is served by a regular year-round ferry service to the mainland, offering the perfect balance of island living and connectivity to the wider NHS Ayrshire & Arran network.
