The Play Service at Royal Aberdeen Childrens Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Play worker to join our Play Service.
You will work as part of the multi disciplinary team to provide suitable play, recreation and stimulation for families in the hospital setting.
Hours of work include evening and weekend working
Applicants should be qualified Play Practitioner and have previous experience of working with children and young people of all ages.
The applicant must be willing to work towards undertaking The Foundation degree in Healthcare Play Specialism.
Applicants for the Play Worker Post must hold either HNC in Childcare and Education/SNNEB/HNC in Childhood Practice/SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 7
