Admissions Unit One is a 37 bedded busy, fast paced acute clinical area that will offer you the exciting opportunity to quickly and efficiently develop your clinical skills. Our GP assessment area is undertaking exciting improvement changes.
You will be lead by a senior team of 2 Senior Charges Nurse and 7 Charge Nurses.
In Admissions Unit One we work a 12.5 hour shift pattern in a rotational shift pattern incorporating nightshift and offering 13:00-01:30 hour shift. We advocate self rostering to promote a healthy work life balance.
We will give you a 4 weeks supernumerary period with an allocated mentor to help work through the orientation booklet and gain competencies required.
Opportunities will be offered to embrace link nurse experience.
